Welcome to another season! Please use this page to access Safe Sport and complete the required training. Also there are important dates listed below for you.

Complete or Renew Safesport AND Background Check by November 1st

Safe sport is required every year.

Background Checks are required every 2 years.

USA Racquetball manages safesport certification and Background Checks using Ankored.com. OHSRL tracks certification using it’s online registration portal (no more emailing certificates required!).

If you have any issues with the Ankored portal, please contact jonathan.greenberg@usaracquetball.com for assistance.

Once completed on Ankored, submit a screenshot or downloadable certificate into the coach registration portal, in the "certifications” section. Links Provided below. All Coaches must submit proof of these items in order to participate in League Practices and Competition.

2027 Season Information

Returning FOR 2027: OHSRL Registration Portal! (for players ***&*** Coaches - yes you!)

Last year we upgraded last years registration forms with a registration platform to make registering simpler and more reliable for Players, Coaches and Volunteers. If you or your players have any issue with the new registration portal, please get in touch with the Commissioner at or after the October 1st coaches meeting.

Steps to register:

1) click the registration link to launch the OHSRL Registration directly, or signup/sign in to matchgamepoint.com and find OHSRL in the organizations section to register.

2) first time users click “Sign up”

3) Players check the player option. Coaches check the Coach option.

4) Complete the Registration information wizard - this is the same as what we’ve collected in years past. (note that returning players can now use their same registration information from past years.

5) After filling out the basic information, Players must sign our 3 waivers along with their Parents in order to be eligible to play.

6) In addition to the 3 waivers, Coaches must also sign the Coach Code of Conduct Waiver as well as submit their safesport and background check proof of completion via the “certifications” section. Please also consider completing the optional certifications as well.

Returning for 2027: Gearbox Black Ball

USA Racquetball will be hosting the National Tournament using the Gearbox Black ball. In order to best prepare our players for National Competition, the OHSRL will continue to use the same Gearbox Black ball we used last year.

NEW FOR 2027 (for real this time!): Team Volunteer REQuirement.

Every team must have at least one adult volunteer attached to it who must attend each league match and the state tournament and be willing to step in as a site director, or site director assistant.

Coaches: please ask your team volunteers to register, then assign them to your team roster.

We will hold a volunteer training in October where we will review how site directing works to make this a easy (and FUN!) experience for all.

We had some fantastic new and returning volunteers last year, we need to keep it up this year to keep our players, teams and clubs well supported!
